Adonis Village: Request for External Change –  Unit A1

Description of proposed external change:

I recently purchased the unit and I found out water leaks all over the floors due to a pinholes and cracks on the copper pipes under the tiles  (see attached pictures)

I will be doing a new repiping through out the house, I will be running all pipe in pipe system on the exterior wall of the bathrooms having 2 access valve control boxes. I will then cover the wall over the pipes with insulation plaster and paint (see attached  pictures)

Description of proposed external change:

I would like to install gutters and downspouts on all pitched areas of the roof to Prevent Water Damage, Damp Walls and Mold in my House.

Aluminum seamless gutters. Brown

Description of proposed external change:

As has already been carried out in a number of other properties within the Village, the owners of A1 wish to replace the wooden windows with uPVC. The new windows and doors  will be made of uPVC exactly as all other replacement windows and doors in the community  This will be supplied and install by Malcom Morley.

upVC in the same colours and texture as existing.

Description of proposed external change:

I would like to cover the veranda pergola with plywood and some kind of roofing water proof material. Or cover with Tiles same as the others

Also I would like to close the veranda with sliding class doors same material as the other doors and windows ( see attached picture)

when it rains my veranda gets flooded, water from the neighbors roof also runs into my veranda( see pictures attached of damage done)
