In terms of the general agreement, attached please accept our apologies for not submitting this more than two years ago.
About the pergola, I would like to inform you about next points:
- Impact on Other Owners, not that this should be a point, but the sliding doors screwed into the wooden beams of the existing pergola would not be visible from any other villa or building in the complex. The area is completely private; the plastic sheets screwed to the pergola cross beams also cannot be seen and the view is further obstructed by the large trees.
- The floor already had tiles, I covered the roof with plastic sheets and put sliding glass doors around, therefore no change significant or insignificant has been affected to the pergola, so the established look is not changed. This lightweight non-capital structure serves as protection from storm winds, heavy rain and prevents the furniture from flying onto the golf course to avoid accidents. One of the golf courses is located right next to my apartment.
- There is no potential negative consequence or detrimental effect on the village or its facilities. This is demonstrated by the more than two years that the change was completed with no adverse consequence or detrimental effect
Attached please find the two photographs in support. We apologise for the delay and trust your approval will be forthcoming.
Kind regards,
Irina Tuzhba (T1/T2)
